Breakthrough Testimony

The Holy Spirit has brought Shelly and Lisa together for 

such a time as this...

I learned so much about Blessing. 

Lisa explained that this was a time for me to “receive“. She instructed me to look at her and she looked into my eyes. She spoke a number of things to me that were encouraging and loving. Then she said to me with conviction that I would be “fruitful". This impacted my soul deeply because, what she did not know was that the word “fruitful” had come up in my morning reading and had planted a seed in my heart. I want to be fruitful again in my life! To hear her say that very word was reassuring and restorative …

Truly a blessing!❤️

During the process of Emmanuel, Lisa suggested I visit with Jesus and then tell her what He said to me. To be honest, I wasn’t sure Jesus would speak to me at that moment. In spite of my doubt, however, He did speak and it was very specific!  He said, “You are turning your concerns into worry. You can trust me. Watch!”

Years ago, the Holy Spirit had taught me to; “Present my needs to God in every form of prayer and in petitions full of gratitude. Then God’s own peace, which is beyond all understanding will stand guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.“ (Phil. 4:6-7) 

The Holy Spirit had further clarified for me that I should begin with Thanksgiving. This changed my prayer life and for the most part took  worry away. However, I had not realized that recently I had not been allowing  God’s gift of peace to replace my concerns. I needed to be reminded again that I could trust Jesus !

Shelly also gave me three words after my Emmanuel experience:

This was very healing and affirming, as I love my family and yet, the Lord has led me to follow Him in a different way than He is leading them.

My path crossed with these two godly women, Lisa Kohut and Shelly Lawler, at different times in my life - and now I'm blessed that Holy Spirit has connected us all on the same path at the same time- for such a time as this. 

I connected with Lisa many years ago in a Bible study she was leading. I was drawn to her teaching, her knowledge of the Bible, and the peace and love she poured out to all the ladies in the group. She felt "safe" to me, which was something I needed back then. 

Years later, I connected with Shelly when my small group did a retreat at her home. She, too poured out love and grace so naturally, I was drawn to her and the beautiful art that flowed from her heart of love.  I later connected with her again through a mutual friend, and we now participate in a Zoom Bible Study.

My life has been blessed and enriched from knowing these two women and I'm grateful for the connections that have been maintained through the years. These two women love and serve God as they love and serve His children. I look forward to seeing what God's plans are for us in the days, months and years ahead. I'm so grateful for these relationships in God's Kingdom!

I have known both Lisa Kohut and Shelly Lawler for over ten years.  I met Lisa through a  group called Holy Spirit Boot Camp and I met Shelly through a Bible Study she guided.   I can't even believe that these two powerful women of God are working together in their ministry of Restorative Retreats.   

When you meet them both, you know they are special women of God.  

They are Beautiful, Intelligent, Giving,  and Humble ...

they are the Dynamic Duo as they serve God with supernatural power, strength and ability through their Love for God, Jesus and Holy Spirit . 

They dig deep into our Soul to help God's people, through the power of prayer, deliverance and more, giving us a life of Freedom.  I'm scheduled to go on their November Restorative Retreat Cruise and can't wait to see all God has for us attending the Retreat .
